HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's wishing you a wonderful new year. Tivon got a rough start but is looking forward to what the year holds--crawling, walking, talking, and all around fun. It's hard to believe how quickly it will go but we are truly enjoying our little guy!

After New Year's we flew back to Charlotte, NC and then drove a rental to Clemson. We got back at 2 am, then got up and drove the rental car back to Greenville. Then we slept. We were thoroughly exhausted.

Kickin' it on the couch. Olivia and Ti loved hangin' out and swapping stories.

Olivia and Tivon were plotting against their parents----until they got caught!

It was so great to see my mommy friends in Austin. This is (from left) Lara and Olivia; Katie and Ruby; and Bridget and Tivon.

Unfortunately, Whitney was sickly and we didn't get to see her very much. :(

We did make it to the Botanical Gardens to see the work that Brandon has been doing with AmeriCorps. We also ate out--ALOT. We were jonesing for Polvos, Rudy's, Fire Bowl and Hut's---mmmm, foood...

We had a whirlwind of a time in Texas. Josh and Bert went to the Alamo Bowl to root on the Longhorns. Josh was all too quick to ease back into the burnt orange. Let's be honest, it never really came off.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Ok, we're a little late but Tivon doesn't know the difference.
We had quite a Christmas. We drove from Clemson to IN where Tivon made his presence known. We attended a candlelight service that was quiet and beautiful. As the minister was praying for peace, our little bundle of joy decided to make peace with his stomach and let one rip. Seriously, it was so loud. I mean, we can't take this kid anywhere.
Next we rode to Texas to visit our newest nephew Lincoln (and the rest of the family). Then off to Austin riding with my brother Brandon. . .

Today I feel . . .

We had a great time putting together this collage of the many faces of our cutie. Hope you enjoy the roller coaster of emotions . . .

mmm, mmm. . .Ti couldn't wait to get the first bite of sweet potatoes! He was the most focused he's ever been.

Thanksgiving 2006

Is this our future flashing before our eyes? Is Uncle Bill the best influence on our little innocent Tivon?
